Terms and conditions

Version August 2026 — waitlist and price comparison phase

1. Who we are

Gatewaybird is a trade name of Woodst B.V., Carolieweg 22, 9354 TM Zevenhuizen (Gr.), CoC 83100172. Dutch law applies to these terms.

2. What this site does today

In this phase, Gatewaybird shows a comparison of AI model API rates and a waitlist for a future API service. The comparison is informational: prices come from the providers themselves and can change at any time. No rights can be derived from the shown rates.

3. The waitlist

Signing up for the waitlist is free and without obligation. Signing up does not grant a right to access, a particular order, or a particular rate. We inform you by email at launch and about important milestones. You can unsubscribe at any time via the contact form or the unsubscribe link in our emails.

4. Use of the site

Do not use the site in a way that disrupts its operation, queries it automatically in a way that hinders the service, or republishes the price data at scale without attribution. The content of this site (texts, composition of the comparison) is protected by copyright; the underlying provider rates are factual data of the providers themselves.

5. Liability

This site is provided "as is". We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of the information on this site, including decisions you make based on the shown rates. We do not set the prices of the providers; always check the current price with the provider itself before making a purchase decision.

6. Terms for the API

The service announced through the waitlist (an API gateway for AI models) is not yet available. At launch, separate service terms apply to the API, covering among other things: the consumption model (credits), the pass-through pricing policy, the data processing agreement under the GDPR, the sub-processor list and the service levels. Those terms are published before launch.

7. Changes and disputes

We may change these terms. The current version is on this page. Dutch law applies to these terms and all agreements based on them. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Woodst B.V. is established.
